I have had this flooring for almost 3 years. It has spots where it connects that have peeled up.

Lots. It was professionally installed. I was told it was a good product at Home Depot. However, within a month I noticed it was no longer there.

Ridged Core Vinyl Plank Flooring.

30-year warranty. So, how do I fix it?

GARBAGE FLOORING!

Within three months of installing Home Depot's Trafficmaster vinyl laminate flooring with a supposed 30 year residential warranty, the seams began to "curl" up, the surface began to crack and large pieces of the flooring chipped away. Upon calling Shaw Industries, they stated that it is a Home Depot brand that they do not manufacture.

They referred me back to Home Depot. Home Depot referred me back to Shaw Industries and NEITHER will honor the alleged warranty. This flooring is COMPLETE GARBAGE and after reading the reviews on the Home Depot website (which I should have done before investing $1,000) I discovered hundreds of similiar complaints about this flooring - nearly all of them complain about the seams curling up and the surface cracking and chipping away. They all complained that neither Shaw Industries nor Home Depot will take any responsibility for honoring the warranty.

This is going directly to the Michigan Department of Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division with a formal complaint for fraud.

I've had enough. Shame on you Home Depot for selling this garbage and worse yet, refusing to honor the warranty!

I purchase TrafficMaster Flooring on 12/4/22. Six months after the flooring installation, planks started to come apart, chipping from the edges, and breaking in pieces from the sides. Trying to contact customer services and had no luck getting in touch with a human, only voicemail and cannot leave a message.

Floor warped, returned several boxes. Scratches and buckles easily.

Had to replace pieces repeatedly. If you drop something it will crack floor.

I installed 28 of the 30 boxes of flooring throughout our home. Now the flooring is not holding up to its warranty of 15 years.

And installing all by myself was no walk in the park. Living room, hallway, and three bedrooms. The installation was flawless.

But the product isn't. So now, Traffic Masters, what can you do to make this right?

TrafficMaster Camden Lake Oak laminate; purchased...

TrafficMaster Camden Lake Oak laminate; purchased and got home and saw "no wet mopping" in instructions, realized didn't see waterproof or water resistant on box or instructions; checked Home Depot website and specs say "no water protection" is this really a product where the top layer isn't even somewhat water resistant to kitchen spills, if not its not appropriate for a kitchen I need to return it and get something that is.

I have a complaint

My husband has installed many floorings, and this is the worst one he's ever had to work with. He wasted 2 boxes because the pieces kept chipping when he had to cut them to fit.

A job that would have taken 2 days, took more like 5 days.

Very discouraging.

It makes us question the durability and quality of the flooring moving forward.

We purchased the flooring on sale at Home Depot in Orangeville. I don't have the receipt on me at the moment, but can forward it if needed, at a later date.

I just put these in we were so excited and got them done and did everything by the book and now our floors in every room of our house rental are coming apart, peeling, or coming out! My kids and I see this also as a hazard because we are tripping over them.

I feel bad for those who have trouble walking and buy these floors.

We got these only because this is what we could afford and for the lifetime warranty we were told. Please help us
