All anyone is doing is passing it to others. It will be weeks before a decision is made while everyone argues back and forth. And I keep stepping on a kitchen floor with cracks in it.

I installed laminate flooring in my house and it was scratched in less than a week and I'm not sure how. I can see scratches on the flooring, which they advertise as scratch resistant.
I have emailed the company several times and no one has responded to any of my emails. Their customer service is awful and non-responsive.

- - Locking tabs break and the floor spreads after 1.5 years.
- - Daily pieces break; locking tabs are brittle and fail.
The locking tabs are all breaking and the floor is spreading apart everywhere, leaves sharp edges and can cut feet walking in it, only been down a year and a half and has had this issue since it was installed. Every day it seems like another piece breaks a locking tab, they are very brittle and do not hold up.

Verified ReviewerFlooring is garbage
- - Flooring installed 2022–2023; it later lifted, peeled, discolored, and chipped.
- - Claim delayed; inspector denied; $13,500 spent; seeking refund.
We had flooring installed throughout our home in November 2022, job was completed in January 2023. May 2023 we contacted the contractor because the flooring started to lift, peel, discolor and chip.
Contractor advised us he has been having the same issue in other homes with the same type of flooring. We issued a claim with the manufacture in November 2024, there was delayed because no-one could give us the correct information on who to issue the claim with. The claims department advised that if we dropped the claim they would send us 25 free boxes of flooring, I explained to them 25 boxes would not cover my entire home, so they sent an inspector. They have now denied the claim, from what i see in the report they are trying to say the floor was not installed correctly.
We spent over $ 13500 for material and installation for this flooring and we have to replace all the flooring in our home. Can you please advise what I can do to get my money back for both installation fees and material ?
- There are no pros the floor is garbage
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY

Verified ReviewerFlooring is garbage
- - Flooring installed Nov 2022; peeling, lifting, cracking, discoloring.
- - Claim denied; improper install; 25 boxes won't cover costs.
We had this flooring installed in November of 2022, in May of 2023 we contacted the contractor that installed the flooring because it was peeling, lifting, cracking and discoloring. He advised us he was having the same issue with other customers and we needed to issue a claim with the manufacture.
The manufacture initially offered us 25 replacement boxes if we settled on the claim. We spend over $ 13500 to have this flooring installed in our entire home and 25 boxes was not going to cover the damaged areas and cost for installation. So we requested for the inspector to come to our home. Now they advised that the flooring is not covered because they say the floor was not installed correctly and the contractor used the wrong underlayment, which is a lie because the underlayment used is what is recommended by the manufacture.
If anyone has any ideas on what I can do to get my flooring covered I would appreciate it. I would not recommend this flooring to anyone.
I made the mistake of recommending it to a family member and a co-worker who are both having the same issue and the flooring was installed by 3 disfferent contractors. Please help

Looking for free floating vinyl flooring that has edges which stick to adjoining pieces
- - Vinyl plank with overlapping edges that glue to adjoining strips.
- - Laid over wood or concrete, it hides cracks and was sold at Lowe's years ago.
Can no longer find vinal plank flooring with overlapping edges that glue to adjoining strips. Was sold.
At Lowes several years ago. It can be laid directly over wood or concrete and covers cracks and hides uneven flooring.
It is inexpensive, can be easily cut, and is quite durable and easily installed by the home owner. Call if you know where some is located.
User's recommendation: Have found vinal plank flooring whose edges glue to adjoining planks is inexpensive

Verified ReviewerTrying to match flooring
- - Locating glueless laminate flooring installed years ago.
- - Traffic Master lacks a detailed website.
- - Back-of-plank numbers don’t help; samples are limited.
Trying to locate glueless laminate flooring that was installed a few years ago. I do not have the skew number on the box and home depot does not seen to have a full selection of samples to choose from.
I have a few numbers on back of plank but traffic master and home depot say that doesn't help. Why doesnt.traffic master have a detailed website displaying all there available flooring and showing different colors?

Verified ReviewerUnsatisfied
- - The flooring is sold as 6mm but is 3mm.
- - Bought 69 cases, installed 50; floor creaks.
- - Edges lift; underlayment didn't help; returns unlikely.
The boxes and Home Depot's shelf tags say that the flooring is 6mm when it is only 3. I bought 69 cases and put 50 down and then realized that the flooring was creaky.
I bought underlayment and ripped the whole floor up, used the underlayment, and no difference.
The edges are lifting up and TrafficMaster says HD has to take care of it. Good luck getting them to take 50 cases of used flooring back.
- Cheaply made and falsely labeled

Verified ReviewerFlooring is defective
Top lawyer of vinyl is peeling. It hasnt even been down for a full month.
Im going to pursue a refund through their Life Time warranty. Will also be including labor costs.
User's recommendation: Large waste of time and money.
Really disappointed. I wanted traffic master because I had it for years and loved it
- - Quality has deteriorated over the years.
- - It didn't stick well and migrated, creating gaps.
- - It's hard to keep clean; mopping every other day.
But over the years the quality has really deteriorated. Sorry I spent time and money for it.
It didn't stick well when we put it down. And it has migrated after we started walking on it created gaps in several places. We put it on all the downstairs floors.
And believe it or not it's hard to keep clean. I am mopping every other day.
User's recommendation: Don't buy it.

- - Seams peeled up in many spots after ~3 years.
- - It was professionally installed and touted at Home Depot as a good product with a 30-year warranty.

Verified ReviewerBad carpet, bad installation
Purchased Trafficmaster carpet from Home Depot 26 months ago. Within the first month, I had to have the installer back to repair a seam that was unraveling.
After 26 months, this carpet looks worse than a carpet I removed which was 20+ years old. All the seams are unraveling, even in areas behind furniture where there is no traffic.
The carpet is pilling, the loops are coming loose, and I have to be extremely careful when I vacuum. There is no way I can even consider having this carpet cleaned without destroying it.
User's recommendation: Don't waste your money
