Floor ruined
They haven’t even called me back
I called and I left all my contact info and was told that they would be calling me back to set up a day and time for them to come look at the floors. That was a week ago. I contacted them again and was told that they would email me the forms and directions in order to get these floors warranty on them but I didnt receive that email either. I dont know why it says 30 year warranty.
Im not going to give up and thats what they want. Im going to keep calling and emailing until I get this resolved.

Flooring peeling up and warping

These floor planks are terrible You snap one in and they don’t stay snapped. I should’ve taken them back right off the bat.
But I tried to make it work. I glued every plank to the floor and they still peeled back popped up. This is terrible. I’m in this for a lot of money please nobody else buy these save yourself a headache.
Now I got a try to get my money back I’m living in the house where the planks are all uneven and pulling up.
This is a total nightmare. Whoever designed these should be brought up on charges.

Did you contact the store you purchased this from or the manufacturer directly? I'm at my mom's house and her floor is doing the same thing.
I literally googled just to see if anyone else had issues with the flooring or if it was the person who installed it. I hope you get this issue resolved.
